If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping, handling, or additional fees. Please note, we accept returns only for items that are unused and unopened.
Initiating a Return

Packaging and Shipping Your Return
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable protective packaging.

Your Responsibility in Returns
You are responsible for covering the cost and arrangements for the return shipment. Choose your preferred delivery service and ensure the package is sent back securely.

We will process your refund using the same payment method as your original transaction. The refund will be issued within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned item, although it may take additional time to appear on your account statement.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order. Your initial purchase will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item.
