Efficient Shipping, Your Way

We aim to ship all items as soon as payment is cleared. This means that items ordered and paid for by 2pm (UK time) Monday-Friday are usually dispatched on the same day.

We are working closely with our carriers to ensure your parcel can reach you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

When you place an order with dermzlabs.com we'll email you an order confirmation, where you'll be given a link to track the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach us at info@dermzlabs.com with your order number in the subject of your email.

Estimated shipping time

• UK (Evri 24 Hour Delivery): £4.99 - delivered next working day (for orders placed by 2pm)
  

• Shipments to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and the Isle of Man will be sent via Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days) due to the limited availability of next-day delivery.  

• EU: €4.99 - delivered within 3-5 working days

We offer FREE UK on orders over ￡49 and FREE EU delivery on orders over 49 EUR.

 

Business Operations and Holidays

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday and observes public holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will commence processing on the next business day.
